Residents making rent payments allows us to pay down debt which creates equity, this leads to long-term capital appreciation for our investors.
Value Add
We add value by renovating common areas and updating amenities such as pools, gyms, and Dog parks. Additionally, we upgrade floors, countertops, fixtures, and appliances.
Oversight
Our fund is voluntarily audited by national third-party auditors to ensure investors of the funds solvency and preservation of capital in order to protect all investors' capital as well as provide peace of mind to all of our investors through the term of the fund.
Cash Flow
After all, expenses are paid, investors receive distributions monthly.
